We spent a bit of Memorial Day weekend near Freeport, Maine. We were camping (not my favorite type of vacation, to say the least) but still found time to make it to a local beach. And we were not disappointed! There were tidal pools, sandbars, and rocks to climb. It was overcast and breezy...and we had bathroom issues (as per the norm!)...but it was definitely the highlight of the weekend!
