Feeling nostalgic as my big boy turns 11 tomorrow. Bruiser was a snuggler from day one, challenged me to find my best as a mother, reads emotions deep, loves unconditionally, and craves such deep understanding of all things. He mastered this move in a way none of us expected and has had his best year as a fifth grader. Nothing about his world has been clear to us or an easy path but we couldn't possibly love him more any other way! Happy birthday, Bruiser!!!!
