Isn't the apron manly? Daddy is so proud!
We spent January enjoying time with Bruiser and Miss Wiggles while Tater vacationed with Papa and Mimi. In this entry (only my third ever!), Bruiser had used his Christmas money to buy a seriously reduced Pottery Barn kitchen set. Now they all love it!
February
Bruiser Boy and Daddy are taking swimming lessons at the local YMCA.
Okay, so not a huge hit Bruiser - guess that explains all his sensory issues we now know about! Little does he know that I have swimming plans in his future again!

G Baby (now Miss Wiggles) in the Spotlight
Love those smiles and giggles from our happy girl! What an amazing bonus to our family!

Our nephew, M, hasn't been feeling well and is now having his appendix removed.
And he has made a full recovery...and had two more strange illnesses since. Hopefully he is all done (bad things come in threes, right?) because they are leaving for Hawaii in ten days...to live there!

We had a great visit with Aunt Kiki, Uncle Nailbag, and cousins, A and M!
And that we did! We finally added our deck to the back of our house...thanks to Uncle Nailbag! It was great visiting with family, completing a project and just having a great weekend!

So I load all three kids in the car...
This must have been the start of all the illnesses that lasted with us right up to Christmas! My wish (no, demand!) for the New Year is for better health for my entire crew...I am officially sick of sickness!

Bruiser Boy has been getting speech services through Early Intervention...
So, I skipped the first entry because it was just pictures (although cute!) and opted for this one because it has made such an impact on our life. Bruiser started school and we began to discuss his sensory disorder. He looks so little in the pictures!

Guess what Miss Wiggles learned how to do today?
And the trouble began! She now climbs everything...stairs, chairs, people! And yesterday I caught her putting her foot up to climb out of her crib!

We spent the past weekend making the six hour drive to Papa and Mimi's...
We trick-or-treated early, relaxed with the family, and Tater got a stomach bug. What a great weekend! And the story of our life!

Bruiser's speech is improving...we think...
So Tater decided she could do a better job than the trained professionals...see what you think!

When I Grow Up
Tater is in such a hurry to grow up ... and, as it seems, to get rid of me! Love all her little quotes!
So there you have it! 2009 came, I blogged about it, and it's time to move on! Can't wait to see what 2010 holds for the House of Sprout!
